Pool/Spa & Garden

Our home boasts a huge 40' x 29' fully screened pool deck area. There is plenty of space to relax in the sunshine on the upgraded padded furniture and enjoy al-fresco dining.

The pool is 30' x 15' with a separate 6' circular Jacuzzi Spa that seats 6-8 people. There is a timer control for the Jacuzzi and hot-tub feature. Pool heating is available on request.

On your days off or after an exhausting day at the parks, relax in the Spa / Jacuzzi and enjoy a long cool drink.....

A lanai with built in fan provides a shaded area to cool down from the scorching hot Florida sun.

The private landscaped garden at the rear of our villa is quiet and secluded, it's not quite Champions Gate, but provides additional space for the children to play.

The garden patio provides space for real al-fresco dining and has bench seating with free use of the BBQ for year round outdoor cooking. This is a great area for sun bathing and topping up your tan but beware, it can be exceptionally hot, so don't forget your sun cream!!!

For evening or night time swims our pool has the latest multi-coloured fibre optic lighting with a remote control. This allows choice of colour or rotating colour changes.
